Perkhidmatan pengangkutan awam, KWSP dan Imigresen dihentikan sementara waktu

KOTA KINABALU: Mulai esok, perkhidmatan pengangkutan awam akan diberhentikan sementara selaras dengan pelaksanaan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat (PKPB) di tiga daerah di pantai barat.

Menurut pengerusi Lembaga Perlesenan Kendaraan Komersial Sabah, Datuk Chin Kim Hiung , walau bagaimanapun, pemandu teksi, perkhidmatan e-hailing dan penghantaran makanan adalah dibenarkan di Kota Kinabalu, Penampang dan Putatan.

Bagi teksi dan e-hailing, mereka boleh beroperasi antara jam 6am sehingga 8pm, manakala penghantar makanan dibenarkan berkerja 12 jam iaitu bermula daripada jam 6am.

“Semua penumpang, pemandu teksi dan pekerja yang terlibat dalam perkhidmatan yang dibenarkan wajib memakai pelitup muka dan membersihkan tangan sebelum dan selepas menaiki kenderaan.

“Penumpang yang bergejala tidak dibenarkan untuk menaiki kenderaan. Ia juga penting untuk mengamalkan penjarakan fizikal dengan jumlah penumpang yang dibenarkan adalah dua orang maximum, ” beliau berkata di satu kenyataan media, dengan berkata fasiliti dan kenderaan perlu disinfeksi secara kerap.

Sementara itu , pihak imigresen dan KWSP juga mengumumkan penutupan pejabat-pejabat di daerah yang termasuk dalam kawasan PKPB.

Walau bagaimanapun, orang awam masih boleh berurusan secara talian.

Several government agencies such as Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and Immigration department offices in the CMCO areas are also closed until further notice.

According to EPF statement, all its office and counters are temporarily closed which all prior online appointments will be cancelled with immediate effect.

“Members who have made appointments to visit the Kota Kinabalu office during the CMCO period will have to reschedule their appointments after the control order is lifted. 

“Members and employers are urged to opt for EPF’s online services, i-Akaun (member) and i-Akaun ( Employer), which are operating as usual,” it said, adding payment for contributions can still be made through internet banking or over the counter at registered bank agents. 

Meanwhile, the Immigration offices at Sabah Federal Government Administrative Complex, Kota Kinabalu Urban Transformation Centre and Wisma Dang Bandang will also close.

However, all the entry points remain open.
