Boost users to get RM100 starting Nov 5

KOTA KINABALU: Starting Nov 5 2021, eWallet Boost users may redeem RM100 credit to be used at over 100 merchants among hotels and travel agents.

The collaboration with Sabah Tourism Board , Boost Biz chief executive officer Eric Chong said, It is also the start of a very important initiative to drive the revival and regeneration of the Sabah’s
tourism and travel sector as well as stimulating the domestic economy as we enter the COVID-19 endemic phase.

“Sabah Tourism Board shares our vision in deploying fintech as a powerful solution and embracing eWallets in particular as a tool to help revive Sabah’s tourism industry.

“Regenerating and reviving the economy takes collective effort. With Malaysians already embracing a contactless lifestyle, we are in a position to help expand the accessibility of eWallets to support the recovery of local businesses within the tourism and travel industry that were hard hit by the
pandemic.”


This partnership dubbed as “Mansau Sabah Boostku” is expected to benefit over 100 merchants across hotels and travel agents that accept Boost as a payment method and contribute
towards their recovery following the allowance of interstate travel under the National Recovery Plan.

Starting from 5th to 30th November, Boost users can redeem RM100 eWallet credits into their Sabah Tourism Board Partner Wallet from the BoostUP Catalogue in the eWallet app.

This RM100 credit is valid until 5 February 2022 and can be used at over 100 participating merchants, with no minimum spend required.
