KOTA KINABALU, October 29, 2023 – In a celebration of diversity and cultural unity, the ‘Indigenous Ethnic Sports Festival of Sabah’ will be held at Mari Mari Cultural Village.

The event, organized in collaboration with the Ministry of National Unity and Traverse Tours Sdn. Bhd. will showcase the rich tapestry of Sabah’s indigenous cultures.

From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the traditions, sports, and culinary delights of the various ethnic groups that call Sabah home.

It will be a day of camaraderie and shared experiences as people of all backgrounds came together to celebrate their differences.

The event served as a platform to introduce and celebrate the unique cultures of Sabah’s indigenous people, fostering unity and harmony within the community.
